IRON MOUNTAIN -- An Iron Mountain business owner has written a new cookbook. Debbie Gursky owns Iron Mountain's Cuisine Art. She is also an accomplished chef.
Over the years, she's acquired numerous easy-to-cook but very tasty recipes, and she wanted to share these through a book.
The book, Simply Gourmet, simplifies seemingly difficult recipes for the average cook.
"Easy for any cook; they have a little bit of a gourmet twist to them - very easy for the novice, or the experienced cook," Gursky said.
Gursky will be doing a book-signing at Cuisine Art on Saturday, Dec.17 from 10 a.m. to noon.
