MARQUETTE -- The sentencing of a man convicted of criminal sexual conduct has been postponed.

A judge granted an extension to the court appointed attorney for Calvin Martz of Michigamme Township.  Martz's attorney says he and his client need more time to review the case files before sentencing.

Martz was convicted of first degree criminal sexual conduct, assaulting police officers and unlawful imprisonment.

Martz represented himself during the trial.  His sentencing is scheduled for December 16.
