IRON MOUNTAIN -- Adam Anthony Gilbert of Iron Mountain has been found not guilty of armed robbery.  The jury reached the verdict Friday afternoon after three hours of deliberations.

Gilbert was charged with the armed robbery of a taxi driver back in March.  Gilbert allegedly held up the taxi driver by knifepoint.

After being acquitted, Gilbert was taken back into custody on a charge of misdemeanor retail fraud.

Authorities say he was caught on camera stealing from Walmart.
