Sentencing date for man charged with fleeing and eluding police

HOUGHTON COUNTY -- The sentencing date has been set for a Laurium man facing charges in Houghton County.

Scott Sivola plead guilty to third degree fleeing and eluding.  The other charges against him were dropped.

Sivola was arrested in March after he allegedly broke into a Calumet home and then refused to stop for officers in Houghton.

He will be sentenced on November 4.
