HANCOCK -- A major fire extinguished in Hancock Saturday rekindled early Sunday morning.  Officials say the rekindle happened because Saturday's house fire on Quincy and Birch was so extensive.

The Hancock Fire Department arrived at the scene at 6 a.m. and were able to extinguish the small fire within 45 minutes.

Saturday's blaze took out a home and three vehicles; they have been determined to be total losses.  The two inhabitants of the home escaped safely.
