Cordless drill used in attempted ATM break-in

SOUTH RANGE -- The Michigan State Police in Calumet are investigating a possible ATM break-in.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours of Tuesday at the Miners State Bank ATM on Trimountain Avenue in South Range, according to the Michigan State Police.

The two suspects tried to access the machine with a cordless drill.  One suspect was described as wearing a dark-colored windbreaker with a four-inch arching horizontal strip located on his chest.  The second suspect was wearing a heavy black sweatshirt with a zipper.
