MARQUETTE -- The Marquette man charged with operating a meth lab out of his car was back in court on Monday.

Andrew Beaudry's attorney waived his preliminary hearing in district court Monday morning.

Police found 37-year-old Beaudry passed out in his car earlier this month at a Holiday Gas Station in Marquette.  The authorities then discovered methamphetamine materials in the car.

Since his arrest, Beaudry has remained behind bars on $25,000 cash bond.

Beaudry is scheduled for an arraignment in Marquette Circuit Court on October 7.
