Iron Mountain teen charged with operating while intoxicated

IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Iron Mountain Police Department has arrested a 19 year old involved in a crash in early July. 

Brandon Trulock, 19, was arrested on Friday and charged with operating while intoxicated causing serious injury.

The crash happened on July 3 when Trulock's vehicle left the roadway, striking a tree.  The passenger of the vehicle, 20-year-old Justin Heupel, was seriously injured and had to be extricated from the vehicle.

Trulock was arraigned in court and posted a $2,500 cash bond.  Conditions of his bond state that he is not to consume intoxicants and must submit to random breathalyzer tests.
