CHOCOLAY TOWNSHIP -- Chocolay Township Police have released the name of the 15-year-old boy killed while riding a 4-wheeler near Heidtman Road in West Branch Township.
Fifteen-year-old Jake Prevost died in a crash while riding his 4-wheeler near Heidtman Road in Chocolay Township.
The Chocolay Township Police Department was called on Friday around 1 p.m. by the boy's mother who said he had not come home from a ride on his 4-wheeler.
The boy's body was found near Heidtman Road, and the initial investigation indicated that he hit a tree during a crash. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The crash is still under investigation.
