Official: 1 dead in storm in northeast Wis.

Officials in Marinette County have released the name of the man killed Friday night after severe weather moved through northeastern Wisconsin

MARINETTE COUNTY, WI -- Forty-three-year-old Douglas E. Brem, who recently moved to the Wausaukee area, was pronounced dead at the scene after the storm moved through Friday evening.

No other injuries were reported.

It appears a tornado touched down in the area as the storm moved through around 5 p.m. Friday.  As you can see, the storm left behind a lot of downed trees and power lines.

The National Weather Service says the storm also packed nearly two-inch hail.
