IRON MOUNTAIN -- One way to know that summer is coming to an end is the end of the "Out to Lunch" program in Iron Mountain.
The weekly lunchtime summer concert series in downtown Iron Mountain wrapped for the summer Thursday.
Every Thursday since June more than 300 spectators have come out with their lawn chairs to listen to free live music in the parking lot across from the Dickinson County Library.
Also vendors from local restaurants sell all types of food.
Organizers say the program is still running strong and don't expect to see many changes next year.
"Everybody really looks forward to this. This year we passed out questionaires and asked people what we could do to make things better, what they liked about it - and we found out that everyone loves this event," said Program Co Chair, Pat Nicometo.
This is the ninth year for "Out to Lunch" which is put on by the Downtown Development Authority and local businesses.
