PESHTIGO, WI -- Peshtigo Police and the Marinette County Sheriff's Department conducted an investigation that resulted in locating numerous explosive devices inside a Peshtigo home on Monday around 10:15 p.m.

The Brown/Outagamie County Bomb Squad was called out to the home on South Wood Ave. to identify and remove the devices for evidence.  An 18-year-old man, James A. Berg, was taken into custody on charges of possession of explosives.

A 16-year-old girl was referred to the Department of Human Services for obstructing a police officer and being a party to a crime, according to the Peshtigo Police Department.

The Marinette County Assistant District Attorney is reviewing reports for potential charges against Berg.
