MARINETTE COUNTY -- On Wednesday, July 13, the Marinette County Sheriff's Department was called regarding a 45-foot boat sinking off the Peshtigo Point Light House in Marinette County waters.

Two men, a woman and a dog were rescued by another vessel when the Luna-Sea sank in about 70 feet of water.

The Marinette County Sheriff's Department's dive team located the vessel on Friday, and a salvage plan is being finalized.

The location of the Luna-Sea has been marked by buoys to warn fishermen.
