It's been more than 12 years since Lisa Mack was murdered in Iron Mountain, and now her family has chosen a new way to honor her memory.
Saturday is the first ever, Justice Ride for Lisa Mack. The ride starts at 12 p.m. central time at Mayme's Bar in Iron Mountain and will finish at the Randville Bar that evening.
Raffles, food, drinks, and music will all be part of the ride.
Mack's family says they're organizing the ride to help keep Lisa's memory alive.
Monetary donations will also be accepted with all the money going toward a reward to find Mack's killer.
"We want to celebrate her life. That's part of it making sure she's not forgotten. But also there is still that other purpose behind it, building back up that reward money," said Lisa's niece, Melissa Opsahl.
They hope to make the ride an annual event.
