The winner receives a brand new 2011 car from Frei Chevy
MARQUETTE -- Over the years, the Room at the Inn has helped provide shelter at local churches during the winter months for many homeless people in Marquette County. And now, they need your help.
The organization is raffling off a brand new 2011 Chevy Cruise from Frei Chevy to support their cause. The Cruise is valued at $15,000, and if the raffle winner would like a different vehicle from Frei, they can take that $15,000 and put it toward a different Chevy model.
All proceeds from the raffle will pay for shelter utilities, transportation and a full-time social worker.
"Take advantage of this opportunity to help your fellow man by helping the homeless, and you get the opportunity: you may win this great brand new car," says Helen McCormick of Room at the Inn.
Raffle tickets can be purchased at Frei Chevy or at the 4th of July parade for five dollars. You can also purchase five tickets for $20.
The winner will be announced July 5.
