DELTA COUNTY -- "I just like to hear the engines," explains young car enthusiast, Dylan McMillan. "Hear them run their engines, and it just feels like my adrenaline's going up whenever I hear it."
He's just one of the three to four hundred car lovers who came to admire the classic beauties. The Krusin Klassics parade brought together not just Klassics members, but anyone else who wanted to register and display their ride.
"It's a great event to bring people together from all different areas," explains Krusin President, Terrie Belongie. "A lot of the Midwest comes to this, so it's a great thing for our town."
Especially since they're a non-profit club that raises money for the food bank and various organizations. In fact, the members will also provide three $750 scholarships to Bay College students.
"It's important because we support our community," said Krusin Klassics secretary, Stephanie Villeneuve. "We know that people have needs. And for us being able to do that is just an honor that we can give back as much as we can, especially with times as hard as they are right now."
Part of the money raised will also help put on next year's Krusin Klassics car show.
