Truck falls through ice in Escanaba

ESCANABA -- Many people bought tickets and made guesses, but results are now in for who had the winning time in the Icebreaker contest.

The Bark River Lions Club's truck fell through the ice at 9:03 p.m. last Sunday.

Brian Moravec of Escanaba won first place with his guess of Sunday at 6 a.m.

He won $763, plus four August race passes.

Over 118 tickets were sold.

An amount of $2,180.00 was raised.

An amount of $981 was raised for the MGH Cancer Treatment Center.
