KINGSFORD -- The mold found at the Bellin Health's Kingsford clinic was found to pose little health risk, according to hospital management.
"The building wasn't high in mold," said Rick Chrisman, president of Niagara-based, Tri County Maintenance, the company brought in to address the mold issue. "The mold count was higher outside than it was inside."
The mold concern surfaced last week, when employees complained of headaches and eye discomfort.
"It's not really a major mold problem," said Chrisman. "It was just an old basement that needed a lot of cleaning. It's looking good now."
