Ihander case moves to circuit court

IRON MOUNTAIN -- An Iron Mountain man charged with criminal sexual conduct has been bound over to circuit court.

Michael Ihander, 22, waived his preliminary examination in Dickinson County District Court.

Ihander is charged with two counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct and is being charged as a second offense habitual offender.

His bond is set at $25,000.

Ihander will be arraigned in circuit court April 18.
