STEPHENSON -- Police in Menominee County have released more information about that school bus-car accident which happened Monday afternoon.

According to the Menominee County Sheriff's Department, the three people in the car are all students at Stephenson Jr./Sr. High.

The 17-year-old driver of the car rear-ended a school bus which was stopped on US-41, waiting to make a left hand turn.  The teen driver was treated and released for his injuries from Bay Area Medical Center.

A 17-year-old female passenger was taken by ambulance to a Green Bay hospital, while a 13-year-old male passenger was airlifted to a hospital in Green Bay.  Their conditions have not been released by authorities.

Names of those involved have not been released by police due to their age.

No one on the school bus was hurt.

The crash remains under investigation.
