Here are some of the stories we're working on today.
Steve Asplund is on vacation all this week. Natalie Jovonovich will be filling in for him on the Early News. One of the big stories is a labor rally in Escanaba--folks upset about what is happening in Lansing. Yona Gavino will have that story on both the Early News and TV6 News Tonight.
Natalie will also tell us about the difficulties some police agencies are having now disposing of meth labs--there's no funding for it.
Also on the Early, the latest on an embezzling case, and a fitness camp for overweight teenagers.
On TV6 News Tonight, we'll have a feature on a woman fighting colon cancer and also the latest on a breaking and entering case in Houghton.
And the latest on the snow in the Keweenaw.
On the Late News, Yona Gavino will tell us about some possible financial help for students at Bay College.
What lies ahead with this spring/winter weather? Karl Bohnak will tell us on all of tonight's newscasts.
See you on TV.
