IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Iron Mountain Police Department have 25-year-old Adam Anthony Gilbert in custody regarding an alleged armed robbery of a taxi cab on Tuesday night.
Gilbert was taken in to custody on Wednesday after allegedly robbing a taxi cab driver at knifepoint after receiving a ride from Escanaba to Iron Mountain.
He's being charged with armed robbery, habitual third offense.
Gilbert is currently being held in the Dickinson County Jail on $100,000 cash bond.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 6.
