MARQUETTE -- Sunday was a great day to be at the dDme, where 5 local car dealers brought about 70 cars to showcase at the new car show.
The show wrapped up and closing numbers were superb. Dealers say this year's show was one of the most successful they've had in a while.
This car show compared to last year's has been outstanding," said Garry Tollefson of Public Service Garage. "We had a great car show last year, but we see our numbers up, especially Saturday between, I want to say, 2 and 4:30. It was fantastic!"
"We had a lot of good people in here looking at vehicles, and they just loved them. They thought it was a great thing to do," added Marty Rose of FOX Marquette.
Dealers say their success is due to an improved economy.
