WAKEFIELD -- The Gogebic County Sheriff arrested a 17-year-old Wakefield man on Friday on a drug bust.
The subject has been charged with possession with intent to deliver narcotics, a felony. He was found with prescription medications in his possession and discovered through an investigation by the GIANT Drug Enforcement Team.
GIANT is a cooperative effort between the Gogebic County Sheriff's Office, Ironwood Public Safety Department, Iron County Sheriff's Office, and Hurley Police Department.
The suspect will be arraigned in District Court on the felony charges on Monday.
