IRON MOUNTAIN -- A 20-year-old Kingsford man will be back in Dickinson County District Court at the end of the month.
On March 16, Jeremy Michael Alquist was taken into custody. He was arraigned on Thursday on charges of domestic assault and fleeing and eluding.
According to the Iron Mountain Police, they were called to a home on the 400 block of Vulcan Street for a domestic assault complaint. The suspect, Alquist, had left after the alleged incident, but returned while police were on the scene.
After a brief vehicle chase, he was taken into custody.
Alquist will have his preliminary exam on March 30.
