ONTONAGON -- The White Pine man accused of robbing a bank last week was back in Ontonagon County District Court Tuesday.

Fifty-five-year-old William Kenealy chose to waive his right to a preliminary exam within 14 days.

He was arrested shortly after allegedly robbing the Citizens Bank in the Mineral River Plaza.

Kenealy is charged with armed robbery and bank robbery, punishable by life in prison if he’s convicted.

No date has been set for his next court appearance.
