IRON MOUNTAIN -- An Iron Mountain man charged with assault entered a plea Monday in Dickinson County Circuit Court.

Dominic Isaiah Davis, 34, pled guilty to one count of felonious assault.

He is also being charged as a third time habitual offender.

The charges stem from a stabbing on the 100 block of Stockbridge Avenue in Iron Mountain last November that sent a 32-year-old woman to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Davis will be sentenced on the charge May 16.
