ONTONAGON -- A Rockland man is scheduled to be back in court Wednesday facing charges from a hit-and-run that happened more than two years ago.

Michigan State Police originally investigated the incident which happened on January 25, 2009.

A 56-year old Ontonagon man had been hit on the walkway near the Cane Court housing complex.  The man needed hospitalization for his injuries.

In December of last year, authorities arrested Aaron Killoran for the hit-and-run.  He is charged with failure to stop at an accident resulting in serious injury or death, as well as operating on a suspended license.
