MENOMINEE -- A Stephenson youth has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct against two children under the age of 13.
Seventeen-year-old Josh Sobay, as of Monday afternoon, was in jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
He's charged with one count of first degree CSC against a child, and a second count of second degree CSC against another child. One of the alleged assaults took place last month. The other alleged assault occurred in 2008.
Sobay's next court date is an arraignment on March 4 in Menominee Circuit Court.
