Cynthia Pryor case

MARQUETTE COUNTY -- The highly-public case involving a female protester and the Kennecott Eagle Mine site could soon be coming to an end.

In April of last year, Cynthia Pryor was arrested for sitting in front of a bulldozer at the Eagle Rock mine site.

She was found guilty of trespassing back in July.  Her sentencing was delayed for six months.

Pending no further violations, she will be discharged from probation on Wednesday, and the case will be dismissed.

Pryor also was required to pay a fine, as well as court fees.
