UPPER PENINSULA -- Snow covered roads will be found by most motorists across the Upper Peninsula Thursday morning.

According to the Michigan State Police road report, only three counties have mainly clear and dry roads--Menominee, Schoolcraft and Mackinac.
    
All other counties have light to moderate snow fall and snow covered roads.
