FORSYTH TOWNSHIP -- Two armed suspects wearing ski masks entered a Forsyth Township home on Tuesday, only to be confronted by the people living there.

The Forsyth Police Department responded to a call around 9 p.m. when two armed suspects entered a home on Mustang Street.  One of the invaders was confronted by a man living in the home.  There was a struggle between the two individuals, while the second suspect went to the second floor and stole some items.

The first suspect was struck in the head with a baseball bat by a second resident of the home, according to police.

Both suspects then fled the scene on foot.  The Forsyth Township Police Department is still investigating the incident.
