SAWYER -- The TV6 Canathon has numerous drop off points and is adding more all the time.

This year you can help by making a non-perishable food donation at Sawyer International Airport.  A table has been set up at the center of the terminal building for the food items.

People can drop off their donations as they come to the airport for travel or as they pick people up or drop them off for a flight.

"Those passengers that are flying out of Sawyer during the rest of November and early December that, if they could remember to bring out some nonperishable or canned goods and would like to drop them off airport, staff will certainly collect them and drop them off on that Thursday," said Airport Manager, Keith Kaspari

Donations can be made anytime between now and December 2.
