ISHPEMING TWP. -- One man's trash was another man's treasure in Ishpeming Township Saturday.

The Aspen Ridge Child and Family Resource Center hosted its fifth annual Fall Clothing resale.  All gently-used mens, womens, and children's clothing donated by the community was sold for 25 cents.

All proceeds benefit the center that serves the NICE community.

"It helps with our play group, like we have snacks for the play group, so this helps provide snacks for them.  It helps provide the things that we purchase for NICE families when there's a new baby in the district," says volunteer June Ayotte.

All leftover clothing items were donated to St. Vincent de Paul.

The Child and Family Resource Center serves as a support group for parents in the NICE Community School District.
