REED CITY (AP) -- Authorities say a 38-year-old man found dead inside a van, along with a 15-year-old downstate girl, was being sought by police.
That's because he missed a court appearance for a sex case involving the girl.
Raymond Bush of Newport is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Michigan State Police in Reed City issued an Amber Alert Wednesday for Taylor Manley, saying she had been kidnapped and Bush was a suspect.
Troopers found the van Wednesday night in a cemetery in a southeastern Michigan community.
