HANCOCK -- Yet another delay in the retrial of accused arsonist Ronald Kemppainen.  This is the second time the retrial had to be rescheduled.

The trial is scheduled to go from December 13 through 17, but the defense is saying they need more time to prepare for the case.

Kemppainen is accused of burning down a Hancock apartment in the summer of 2009, killing four people.

This case is going through a retrial due to a hung jury.
