The Missouri man charged in the 2008 robbery of the Citgo gas station in Wells entered a plea in circuit court.

Twenty-two-year-old Todd Midgyett was supposed to stand trial for two different charges related to the incident.

Saturday night he plead guilty to armed robbery and attempted home invasion, second degree.

As part of his plea agreement for the two guilty charges, two other charges from an unrelated incident in January 2008, the same month of the Citgo robbery, were dropped.

Midgyett will be sentenced on September 29.
