Thirty-five-year-old Scott Derouin plead guilty to two counts of possession of child abusive material
ESCANABA -- The Escanaba man who pled guilty to child porn charges back in March will find out his fate Monday.
Thirty-five-year-old Scott Derouin plead guilty to two counts of possession of child abusive material and one count of using a computer with another to commit a crime.
All charges involve minors under the age of 14 and were the result of a 2008 investigation by the state Attorney General's office. The sting was run through the Child Public Protective Unit.
Derouin could face up to eight years in prison.
His sentencing is scheduled for Monday.
