Union rejects Neenah Paper contract

Vote was 137 no and 51 yes

MUNISING -- A spokesperson for the Steelworkers Local 87 and Local 96, said after negotiations with Neenah Paper the union voted down a contract 137 no to 51 yes Thursday night.

One of the the main concern is safety of the workers.

No date has been set for continued contract talks.

They have been working under a contract that expired July, 2009.
