MTU professor named Fulbright Scholar

Charles Wallace, an Associate Professor of Computer Science, has been named a Fulbright Scholar.

HOUGHTON -- A major honor for a Michigan Tech professor.  Charles Wallace, an Associate Professor of Computer Science, has been named a Fulbright Scholar.

He will spend six months teaching and conducting research at a university in Santiago, Chile.

The highly competitive Fulbright Program is the flagship international exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government.

Wallace's research interest is in software engineering, particularly the challenges of communicating about software.
