Longer school year for Negaunee

The bad weather has forced the school to stay open until June 12.

NEGAUNEE -- Our bad weather this winter is forcing the Negaunee School District to extend their school year.

The district has added two days.

That means the last day of school in Negaunee will be June 12 and it will be a full day.

Graduating seniors will finish up on June 5.
