GARDEN PENINSULA -- A Garden resident is awaiting arraignment after being arrested by UPSET detectives Tuesday night.

The 51-year-old man was taken into custody last night at his home on a two count federal warrant.

The first was for manufacturing over 20 marijuana plants and the second for conspiracy to manufacture more than 100 marijuana plants.

These are the result of a long investigation and several other arrests are expected.

The man's name is being withheld pending his arraignment.
