Snowmobile crash leaves one injured

The Marquette County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the incident.

SANDS TOWNSHIP -- A snowmobile crash in Marquette County remains under investigation.

According to the Marquette County Sheriff's Department, it happened shortly after 3 p.m. off the trail area in Sands Township, just south of County Road 480.

Thirty-nine-year-old Robert Frymark of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was stopped on top of a hill, out of sight from the other snowmobilers in his party, when 37-year-old Brian Le Bre of Germantown, Wisconsin climbed the hill and collided with Frymark at the crest.

Frymark received minor injuries and was taken to Marquette General Hospital.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the accident.
