The investigation continues into the armed robbery Saturday night in Munising.

A Citgo gas station clerk told police she was walking the night deposit bag to a bank at 10 o'clock Saturday night, when she was confronted by a lone gunman in the area of the Family Dollar Store.

The robber, who made off with several hundred dollars in cash, was wearing a mask and fled on foot.  The suspect is male and is believed to be six feet or taller.

Police say a concert at the Falling Rock Cafe had ended around the same time of the incident.

"We're hoping that someone may have seen a subject fleeing the area.  We've had a couple of calls come in and we're following up on all calls that we get, in the hopes that we'll locate the subject," said Munising Police Sergeant, Dale Boerema.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Munising City Police Department at 906-387-2275.
