MARQUETTE -- The man accused of robbing the Chocolay Township Northern Michigan Bank and Trust last year has been found competent to stand trial.

On Monday, Justin Dee McLean was found competent to stand trial and dates were set.  In October of 2011, armed with a gun, he allegedly robbed the bank in Chocolay Township.  He was later arrested in Wyoming and brought back to Michigan.

McLean's initial pretrial will be held on May 16, and the final pretrial on June 6.  The jury trial in Marquette's federal court is set to begin on June 18.

If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison.
