MARQUETTE -- A Big Bay woman has been arraigned after a fatal rollover crash over the weekend.

Amy Lynn Tierrablanca, 33, was arraigned Monday morning on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death.

This is a felony, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and possibly a $2,500 to $10,000 fine.

Tierrablanca was driving a vehicle on County Road 550, which went off the road, hit a snow bank, and rolled.  Michael Tyler Abbott, 21, was killed in the crash.

Tierrablanca will be back in Marquette District Court on February 24 for her preliminary exam.
