MARQUETTE -- A man who ran from police last week in Marquette County is back in custody.

Troy Alan Luoma turned himself in to the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office about 7 p.m. and was arrested and lodged in the Marquette County Jail without incident. It’s expected he will be arraigned today in the 96th District Court, Marquette.

Thanks to tips and information from the public, Luoma was located in Marquette.

Luoma faces the following charges:  attempted interference with electronic communications, resisting and obstructing a police officer, and escape from lawful custody.

His arraignment is expected some time Wednesday.
