KINGSFORD -- People in Kingsford tried their luck at cow bingo over the weekend to raise money for the high school.  Three hundred squares were painted on the field and sold for one hundred dollars each.  The cow roamed for two hours until making a deposit.  The proceeds are used to support academics at the school.

"We buy needed supplies for the teachers such as computers, projector screens for the classrooms.  All those little extra things that make academics an excellence at Kingsford High School," said Academic Booster Club Member, Terese Fornetti.

The bingo winner won $10,000 and the booster club raised an estimated $23,000 for next school year.
