HUMBOLDT TWP. -- It was time to celebrate in Humboldt Township Saturday afternoon. The community gathered at their township hall, as families took sleigh rides in the beautiful woods around the building.
Everyone enjoyed hot chocolate, treats, and of course, time with Santa.
Many kids sat on Kris Kringle's lap, letting him know what they want when Christmas morning comes in just three days. Seven-year-old Joe Rosten shared his wishes.
"I want a (Nintendo) DS, a camera, and art supplies," he said.
Even Humboldt Township Supervisor Joe DeRocher got a chance to sit on Saint Nick's lap.
