GLADSTONE -- A Gladstone man facing charges in Wisconsin after a high speed chase with police has entered a plea.

Ray Gidean-John Potter was taken into custody after police in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin received a call of a possible stolen vehicle. According to original court documents, Potter decided to see if he could outrun the deputy when he noticed the type of patrol car he was driving.

Potter pled no contest to felony fleeing and eluding police. A charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed.

Potter will be sentenced on March 19.
